Standard Australia Post

We offer free and fast Standard Australia Post Priority delivery on all purchases within Australia. 

We can ship to most parts of world via the Australia Post International Mail service, this service is not track-able.

All orders received by 3.30 PM AEST, Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received outside of this time frame will be dispatched the following business day. You should expect to receive your order within 1-6 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days from the date of purchase if you live far from our Sydney, NSW warehouse. Depending on the destination it can sometimes take a little longer as our packages go through hand sorting.

You will receive an email notification from us when your order has been shipped.

Your order will be dispatched to the address you provide at check out, we are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address. We are also not responsible for items you forget to collect in time from Australia Post. Item(s) returned to us will incur an additional fee for re-posting.

Express Post

For super fast next business day delivery* within Australia, the Express Post option is available at check out. 

Orders under $80 - just add $10.50

Orders over $80 - FREE 

Orders must be received by 3.30 PM AEST for next business day Express Post delivery, within the Australia Post next business day network. *Please note some postcodes are excluded from the next business day network and it is likely to take up to 2 working days.

Should you have a special request for an urgent delivery, please email us and we will do our very best to assist you. Orders placed during the weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.

You will receive an email notification from us when your order has been shipped.

If you wish to avoid delays you can email an official Notification of Payment transcript to our friendly Customer Service team.

International Post

We can ship to most parts of world via the Australia Post International Mail service, this service is not track-able.

International orders are quoted based on the destination. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-15 business days. Depending on the destination it can sometimes take a little longer, please allow up to 21 working days.

All orders received by 3.30 PM AEST, Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received outside of this time frame will be dispatched on the following business day. You will receive an email notification from us when your order has been shipped. Your item will be dispatched to the address you provide at check out, we are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

In some countries, customs or import duties may apply. The responsibility of covering these charges lies with the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over international charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. For further information please contact your local customs office. Once your parcel has arrived in the country of destination, standard shipping parcels will be passed on to the internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

Product Availability Notification

When you place an order, we will estimate postage and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item/s and the postage options you select, you will be notified via the email address you provide at check out.
