Limited Product Warranty

Our products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. Covers are designed to protect your device, so the natural life of the cover will vary depending on usage and care. iCoverLover warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months (unless stated otherwise in the product description) from the original date of purchase. Screen protectors, are warranted for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover defects from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations, incorrect installation or unauthorized product repairs. iCoverLover will replace any faulty items free of charge during the warranty period. Please note all wood iPhone cases must be handled with care, as wood is a delicate material, dropping or otherwise neglecting your wood case is likely to cause damage to the case.

Change of Mind Returns Policy

We understand that mistakes happen, which is why we accept returns within two weeks from the date of purchase. For change of mind, your purchase along with the free screen protector and free splash resistant phone bag can be sent back to us for an exchange, refund or store credit valid for a twelve month period. You will be credited for your return postage cost with Free Australia Post Registered Tracking to use on your next order, within Australia. Return postage, freight and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item/s have been used we cannot honour returns for change of mind. The product/s must be in its original condition. There is a 50% deduction if the packaging is damaged during the return delivery, please ensure that it is wrapped and packaged securely. Should you have any doubts regarding the condition of your item, simply email us ahead of returning the item/s to avoid any unnecessary expenses. Art Collaboration cases can not be requested as replacement items if the original was not an Art Collaboration case.

Please note as per our company policy the customer is responsible for all returns, we are not responsible for any missing parcels sent back to our warehouse and suggest that you provide us with an Australia Post or courier tracking number for your returns.
